Goldfish Swim School Franchising
2022 – present
Goldfish Swim School is an award-winning franchise with more than 200 locations nationwide, providing swim instruction for children ages 4 months to 12 years old. As a Graphic Designer, I developed creative assets across a wide range of brand touchpoints, including social media campaigns, print collateral, large-format signage, digital advertising, and more, helping maintain a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all platforms.

Social media
During my time at Goldfish Swim School, I created social media assets for the brand’s main channels as well as custom content for individual school locations. My work included carousel posts, stories, and static graphics designed to maintain brand consistency while engaging a wide audience and staying up to date on social trends.
Window Cling Design
Each Goldfish Swim School location had a unique building with specific needs for window clings – some requiring full coverage designs in ordinance with their city codes or landlord regulations, while others opted for partial coverage to allow for sunlight while still maintaining privacy.
Franchisees could choose from an approved library of window cling designs, which included both existing concepts and new designs I developed. I would then scale and customize the artwork to fit the size of their specific windows and work with our print vendor to insure quality output.

Costco Partnership
Our California schools partnered with local Costco locations to promote a special discount on lessons. The campaign required a front-and-back point-of-sale card for customers to present at checkout, along with a redemption certificate for use at the school. I led the design and production of all campaign materials, ensuring brand consistency across assets while collaborating closely with Costco and our franchisees to meet all promotional and branding requirements.

Large Scale Signage
Individual Goldfish locations were responsible for their own local marketing tactics, but needed to go through the franchise office for creative needs. When schools identified local advertisement opportunities, they would submit a creative request with their vendors print specifications. I was responsible for designing and delivering the requested creative assets within strict deadlines to ensure campaigns launched on schedule.
Campaign Design
The Concern to Confidence campaign was launched with the intention of acknowledging Goldfish Swim School members’ concerns in a positive light rather than letting them go unaddressed. This was not a full campaign–it was mean to be used sparingly by schools who had very specific concerns in their market. Therefore, the creative included flyers, email designs, and social only to discourage improper use of the campaign.
